Josh Darcy is in China right now to do some skate demos at the Huzhou X-Games over the weekend of 19th 20th.
October 3rd
The Dulla Deck Fest Skate comp is on. Entry fee $5 for opens, $2 for other divisions. Open div first place $500 2nd $250, 3rd place $125. Tons of prizes for the other divisions.

Steve Adam, takes 1st place in sponsored opens at a skate comp in Menai Sydney.

Reece Warren takes out 4th place in Volcom's "Wild in the Parks" final held at Waterloo skatepark Sydney.

Omni, in conjunction with Sk8Scapes skatepark Design & Constructions, along with Funland Ulladulla is putting on a massive skate comp, Due to the time it now takes to organise massive events with council it is not going to held until the October long weekend. Will keep you posted.
Up for grabs will be $1,000 cash in the opens, tons of prizes have already been pledged

Sun 16th While we were at Nowra for the park opening, Jed was at a top secret spot out bush from Canberra with a big crew.

Reece just got back from his trip to the States he won earlier this year in Volcom's Wild in the Parks series. Out of 200 guys he got down to the final 15 in the last finals heat of the Pro-Am division.
The trip was supposed to be all expenses paid. There was talk of him being able to stay in the Volcom Mansion and be shown around by the guys skating and going on photo shoots etc, and basically being looked after by them whilst there, the trip of a life time .Well Shame on you Volcom.... he was made to pay $500 towards his ticket and was just left to fend for himself the entire trip.. That's it, so much for all the hype generated by them about this series and the Grand Prize on offer.
Reece didn't want to say anything about it, but personally I think it sucks big time.... For Volcom to get so much advertising mileage and pats on the back for doing so much for skating and offering a great prize, only to be bailed on and told to pay up $500 bucks then told to find your own way there and find your own accommodation.... That SUCKS Volcom...
8th Nov Steve Skated at a comp held at Thornleigh today, Steve went in the Open Sponsored, there were 8 entrants and they had 2 x runs each, Steve won both the heats, then came 3rd in the final. Keiran Reilly came 1st and Skunk came 2nd, he picked up a $200 chq. Whooo hoo Steve, great news.
Josh is filming a little section now for a new vid to come out from the canberra crew. Chasing the Dragon.

Reece is still OS killing it in the States. He is still on his trip he won in the Volcom Wild in the Parks skate series earlier this year. He left on the 15th and had free entry into a comp in Phoenix on the 18th.
Josh is back in the country after trekking all over the world. Pics to follow.

Comp at Weston Crk Canberra. Jed and Steve ripped it up. Steve wins the Under 13s, Jed takes out 2nd place in the Opens

New range of Hardware has just landed. We have started with a 1" Allen head bolt set, includes Allen Key and two silver bolts. Also steel bearing spacers... very important item to have between your bearings, will extend their life considerably.
As with any item, if your local shop doesn't stock our gear, get on their case to get them in, otherwise order direct from us.
